Today, Friday, President Goodluck Jonathan will visit Chibok, Borno State town affected by the dire tragedy of nearly 300 schoolgirls abduction, and then will head to Paris, France for the security summit.

According to Premium Times, Paris summit, scheduled for today, May 16, will be dedicated to the strategies to be deployed for the abducted girls release and for dealing with terrorism in West and Central Africa.
It would be recalled that Jonathan had previously asked France to organize a security summit. The meeting will be attended by the officials from Chad, Cameroon, Niger, Benin, USA, UK, EU countries.
Nigerian leader, who will be accompanied to France among others by the Minister of Defence, Lt-Gen. Aliyu Gusau (rtd.), the National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd.), will return to Abuja on Saturday, confirmed Special Adviser to the President, Reuben Abati.
